1 Chronicles 24-26; Psalm 103

I love Psalm 103. So
many great verses! A great summary
for who God is. I found that I
would pause after almost every verse to let it sink in and just live in it for
a moment.
“Praise the Lord, O my soul; all my inmost being, praise his holy
name.”
With all that I am…I will praise Him
“Praise the Lord, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits –
Counting my own
blessings… plus the ones David lists – forgiveness, healing, redemption
“The Lord is compassionate and gracious, slow to anger, abounding
in love.”
Thank you God … make me like You
“He does not treat us as our sins deserve”
I didn’t deserve
forgiveness … I don’t deserve anything You do for me. Thank You for Your grace
“For as high as the heavens are above the earth, so great is his
love for those who fear him”
I just want to
shout this one out to the world!
If only we could grasp how much He loves us!
“As far as the east is from the west, so far has he removed our
transgressions from us.”
It is not like we are on parole … You take
away our sins and cover us completely.
“From everlasting to everlasting the Lord’s love is with those who
fear him”
Life is but a breath, but God’s love is
eternal
“Praise the Lord, O my soul.”
Praise the Lord!
